Data we collect
- Your email address (to sign you in via magic link and contact you) - Your wedding configuration: chosen ceremonies, dates, countries involved, financing mode, estimated guests - If you unlock the Full Pack, payment data is processed directly by Stripe — we never have access to your card details - Any data you add yourself in the Full Pack modules (budget, vendors, committees, checklists)
Purposes
- Generating and saving your personalized wedding timeline - Letting you sign back in via magic link, with no password - Sending you account-related emails (welcome, payment confirmation) and, if you consented, wedding-planning tips - Unlocking the Full Pack after payment
Legal basis
- Contract performance: providing the timeline and paid modules - Consent: marketing emails, via a separate checkbox, unsubscribe anytime
Sub-processors
- Supabase — database hosting and authentication - Brevo — email delivery (transactional and marketing) - Stripe — payment processing - Vercel — website hosting
Retention
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. Billing data is kept by Stripe for the legally required period, even after your account is deleted.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, and object to the processing of your data. You can delete your account yourself from the app settings, or write to us at info@tradiunion.com. You can also file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence.

This site only uses technical cookies, required for authentication and saving your preferences. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
