Terms of sale
Purpose
These terms govern the sale of the Tradiunion "Full Pack": unlocking additional modules (multi-ceremony budget, vendor directory, committees, detailed checklists) in the dashboard.
Price
€97 (one-time payment). Under §19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), the seller is subject to the small business scheme and does not charge VAT — the displayed price is therefore the final price.
Payment
Payment is securely processed by Stripe. We never store your card details. Modules are unlocked instantly once payment is confirmed.
Right of withdrawal — digital content
Under EU consumer law, you generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases. However, since this is digital content not supplied on a physical medium, and its delivery begins immediately after payment (instant module unlock), by completing payment you expressly agree to immediate delivery of the content and waive your right of withdrawal once access is granted.

Governing law
These terms are governed by German law. If you reside in another EU member state, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence still apply.
